It sense temp.with NTC resistance thermistor so that it have highest cost performance . The probe case material is food class SUS304 or SUS316 . Due to its advantage in general operation temperature range , it is widely used for household appliances like coffee maker , water heater, bath room , smart sanitary products etc.
