Micro temperature probe ntc thermistor sensor response time 75 sec
DOMESTIC APPLIANCES
Micro temperature probe ntc thermistor sensor response time 75 sec is in virtually all equipment in the home where temperature plays a role. This includes
Fridges and freezers
Cookers and deep-fat fryers
Washing machines and dish washers
Central-heating systems
Air conditioning
Product Introduction
Micro polymide tube temperature probe ntc thermistor sensor response time 75 sec is composed of polymide tube, NTC chip, epoxy resin, connectors and lead wire. It's designed and manufactured by Hefei Jingpu Sensor Technology Co.,Ltd.
Range summary
The flagship of our ranges. The accuracy line sensors offer real value for money. They have low tolerances (as low as ±1% on the R25-value and ±0.5% on the B-value) and an operating temperature range from -40ºC to +125ºC.
In addition, they are very stable over a long life.
Size / Drawing of NTC thermistor
3-1) Rated zero-power resistance R25: 10 kΩ ±1% (at 25ºC)
3-2) Beta value β25/85=3435K ±1%
* The B value is calculated using the zero-power resistance values measured at 25ºC and 85ºC.
3-3) Dissipation factor. : Approx. 3 mW/ºC ( in air)
3-4) Thermal time constant : Approx. 75 s ( in air)
3-5) Maximum power rating. : 15 mW (at 25ºC)
3-6) Category temperature range: -50 ~ 105ºC
Standard Packing
Climatic Test
5-1) Dry heat
Test samples shall be exposed in air at 105ºC for 1,000 hours. After being stored in room temperature and humidity for one hour, the change ratio of R25 (zero power
resistance at 25ºC) shall be within ±1% of the initial value.
5-2) Damp heat
Test samples shall be exposed in relative humidity of 95%RH at 70ºC for 1,000 hours.
After being stored in room temperature and humidity for one hour, the change ratio of R25 shall be within ±1% of the initial value.
5-3) Cold
Test samples shall be exposed in air at -55ºC for 1,000 hours.
After being stored in room temperature and humidity for one hour, the change ratio of R25 shall be within ±1% of the initial value.
5-4) Humidity load
DC 1mA current shall be applied to the test samples in the temperature of 70ºC and relative humidity of 95%RH for 1,000 hours.
After being stored in room temperature and humidity for one hour, the change ratio of R25 shall be within ±1% of the initial value.
