JC680-04 Electronic Liquid High Temperature Pressure Sensor Overview:

For general piezoresistive pressure sensor, the four force-sensing resistors of its sensitive Wheatstone bridge for control and measuring are manufactured using IC technology. The resistors are isolated from one another with PN junction. The highest operating temperature is only 125ºC due to temperature resistant limitation of the PN junction. However, the performance of sensor has greatly been deteriorated after the temperature is above 100ºC because reverse current leakage of the PN junction rises with the exponent of the temperature, which limits the temperature range available for the conventional piezoresistive sensor. Utilization of thick film technology to make force-sensing resistor can expand the operating temperature up to 125ºC; utilization of multi-crystalline silicon SOI technology to make force- sensing resistor can expand the operating temperature up to 150ºC; utilization of the traditional SOS technology and advanced SOI technology can expand the operating temperature up to 180°C-350°C. Utilization of the latest β-phase high- temperature force -sensing material SiC, combined with SOI technology can expand the operating temperature up to 450ºC ~ 850ºC. This series of product is assembled through strict process using internationally advanced sensor, supported with high-precision electronic elements.
