TDK Corporation has expanded its MiniCell series to integrate pressure transmitters in a rugged stainless steel housing for measuring differential pressure in industrial applications. The B58622M32* series includes five models with a measurement range between 0 to 500 mbar and 0 to 10 bar. The compensation temperature range is extended from -20C to 140C, and the size is 57mm x 34mm x 39mm, including connections.
MiniCell provides medium resistance through the high-alloy AISI 316L steel membrane on the pressure port, and transmits pressure to the sensor chip through an oil-filled, medium-separated sensor unit. This medium facilitates pressure measurement of corrosive liquids and gases, and does not directly contact the sensor chip.
The compact pressure transmitter provides two G 1/8" size pressure ports and an M12 plug for electrical connection, and the shell meets the requirements of IP67 protection level. The product adopts screw connection, and the device can be in any position without affecting the measurement Accuracy. Its integrated signal conditioning provides a calibrated analog output signal from 0.5V to 4.5V, with high anti-EMI. The transmitter provides very high accuracy in the entire pressure range, the entire pressure range is ±1.5% FS temperature range is -20C to 140C.
These transmitters are ideal for demanding industrial applications such as automotive test systems, pumps, compressors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and energy and water management systems. Typical applications include level measurement, leak detection, flow control and filter monitoring.
