Huawei has officially confirmed that the Watch D is finally on the verge of arriving in the Eurozone. To recap, the company revealed in May that the Watch D would be available outside China at some stage. However, the company was awaiting regulatory approval before it could sell the Watch D in Europe and other markets with its blood pressure monitoring capabilities enabled. Seemingly, this has now happened, at least based on the company's announcement at IFA 2022.

Accordingly, the Watch D will eventually be available in the Eurozone for €449; pricing remains unchanged from May. Currently, Huawei will only confirm that the Watch D will be available this autumn, which lasts until December 21. While the Watch D is more expensive than the Galaxy Watch5 and even the Galaxy Watch5 Pro, the Watch D does have a built-in blood pressure cuff in its locker. Theoretically, the Watch D's results should deviate by a maximum of ±3 mmHg from your actual blood pressure.

Additionally, the Watch D has an integrated electrocardiogram (ECG), a heart rate monitor, a skin temperature sensor and a SpO2 sensor that can monitor blood oxygen levels constantly. Moreover, the Watch D comes with IP68 certification, has an AMOLED display and features over 70 sports modes, plus offers a battery life of up to 7 days. It is worth noting that the inclusion of blood pressure capabilities makes the Watch D comparatively heavy at 91.5 g. Generally, the Watch D weighs twice what its competitors do.
